Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Pick Spec (pick-spec.com, "the site"). By using the site you agree to them. The Korean version at /terms says the same thing.

1. What the site provides

The site provides tools and articles that compare PC specifications with the official requirements of games and programs, for reference only. No sign-up or login is needed, and the site does not sell products.

2. Nature and limits of the information

  • Official requirements are shown with their source and the date we checked them. Publishers change them, so the current version may differ.
  • CPU and graphics card comparisons are our judgement, not the publisher’s, and are labelled that way. They are based on public rendering measurements (Blender Open Data), not game benchmarks; close results, different brands and parts missing from the data are marked "Check yourself".
  • Where a requirement names parts only in words (for example "Intel 6th generation or later"), we pick a common part that clearly meets it as a reference. Falling short of the reference part means "Check yourself", not "Not enough".
  • Where a requirement asks for a graphics card with ray tracing, card families that certainly lack it (for example GTX) are marked "Not enough" regardless of speed.
  • Where a requirement gives the CPU as a clock speed (for example AutoCAD), we compare the part's base clock; falling short means "Check yourself", not "Not enough".
  • Where we could not confirm a value, we say so instead of filling it in.

Before you buy, always confirm the final specification, price and stock with the seller.

3. Relationship with sellers

The site has no affiliate relationship with sellers and earns no sales commission. All Coupang Partners affiliate links were removed on 29 September 2026. Where Korean articles still mention a product, it is an example to explain a specification, not an advertisement. Any purchase is a contract between you and the seller; delivery, refunds, exchanges and warranty follow the seller’s policies.

4. Responsibility

We compile information carefully but do not guarantee that it is accurate or current. You are responsible for purchase decisions made with its help. This does not exclude liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the site.

5. Copyright

Rights to the site’s text, judging criteria and page design belong to the operator. Quoting with attribution is fine; copying or republishing without permission is not. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. Linked benchmark pages belong to their owners. CPU and graphics measurements come from Blender Open Data (CC0 1.0), published by the Blender Foundation and summarised by Pick Spec as per-part medians. "Blender" is a trademark of the Blender Foundation, named here only to identify the source; the Foundation is not affiliated with Pick Spec and has not endorsed these results.

6. Changes

If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
